The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) recently approached GEARED UP CULCHA to assist with their national campaign to help Indigenous Australians avoid serious financial problems.
Launched as part of NAIDOC Week 2016 and operating under the banner of its ‘MoneySmart’ program, ASIC’s Take a minute with your money campaign is a series of animated videos aimed at Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
GUC was engaged to provide 10,000 customised magnets to promote the campaign and ASIC’s Indigenous Help Line, 1300 365 957.
The magnets were successfully distributed to a number of locations across Australia and represent just one small part of GEARED UP CULCHA’s numerous partnerships with Australian Government departments.
